A practice built around one kind of smile makeover

Most dental offices place implants occasionally. Implantello was set up to do full-arch treatment every day — the planning, the surgery and the teeth themselves.

When you visit, you’ll meet the people who will actually care for you: your treatment coordinator, Dr. Planes’ surgical team and the technicians who craft your bridge in our own lab. Our centers are calm and comfortable, our imaging is done on site, and every plan comes with a written, all-inclusive fee before you commit to anything.

Many of our patients arrive after being told “you don’t have enough bone” or “you’ll have to live with dentures.” Second opinions are always welcome.

Treatments for missing and failing teeth

Whether you’re missing a few teeth or a full arch, the goal is the same: teeth that stay put, look natural and let you eat whatever you like.

Already wear a denture? Implant attachments let it snap firmly into place — no adhesive, no slipping — and can be upgraded to a fixed bridge later.

Why fixed implant teeth feel so different

Dentures sit on your gums. Implants are anchored in your jawbone, like natural roots — and that changes what you can eat, how you speak and how your face ages.

  • Eat without a second thought. Steak, corn on the cob, a crisp apple — fixed teeth restore most of your natural chewing force.
  • No adhesive, no palate. Your upper teeth don’t cover the roof of your mouth, so food tastes like food again.
  • Protect your jawbone. Implants stimulate the bone that dentures let shrink, helping prevent the “sunken” look.
  • Care for them like teeth. Brush, use a water flosser and see us twice a year. They stay in your mouth day and night.

How much chewing function each option restores

  • Traditional denturesRest on the gums, held by suction or adhesive ≈20%
  • Implant-supported overdentureSnaps onto 2–4 implants, removed nightly ≈60%
  • Fixed full-arch implantsAll-on-4® or zirconia bridge, never removed 90%+

Approximate share of natural biting and chewing force each option restores. Individual results depend on bone, bite and the restoration material.

Dr. Alex Planes

Implant & aesthetic dentistry · Treasure Coast since day one

A South Florida native, Dr. Planes built Implantello so that patients facing a full-mouth problem could get one clear plan, from one team, under one roof.

After dental school he spent two additional years in advanced training at Columbia University, then completed sedation training at Augusta University and holds a Florida permit for conscious sedation. His work focuses almost entirely on implant and aesthetic dentistry — the kind of complex, full-arch cases other offices often refer out.

Patients describe him the same way: direct, unhurried and honest about what will and won’t work. He reviews every 3D scan personally and is in the room on surgery day.

Our patients tell the story best

Retirees, business owners, grandparents — people from Sebastian to Stuart who decided they were done hiding their smiles.

Donna smiling in the Implantello clinic hallway

For years I cropped myself out of every family photo. Now my granddaughter tells me to stop smiling so much. I never invested in myself before — this was the best money I have ever spent.

I was losing a tooth every few months and living on soup. I came in on a Tuesday with a mouth full of problems and drove home the same evening with fixed teeth. First thing I ate the next week was a grouper sandwich.

Two other offices told me I didn’t have enough bone. Dr. Planes showed me my 3D scan, explained exactly where the implants could go, and never once rushed me. Physically, I just feel better.

I was terrified of dentists. With IV sedation I remember checking in and then waking up with teeth. The team called me that night and again the next morning to see how I was doing.

My lower denture floated around every time I talked. Four implants later it snaps in and stays put. I wish somebody had told me ten years ago this was an option.

See your new smile before you decide

Full-arch treatment is a big decision, so we take the guesswork out of it. Using photos, an intraoral scan and your 3D CBCT, we digitally design your new teeth — shape, length, shade and how they sit with your lips and face.

You’ll see the result on screen before any treatment is scheduled, and you can ask for changes. The same digital plan guides the surgery and the lab, so what you approve is what you get.

From first visit to final smile

Most full-arch patients go from consultation to fixed teeth in two to four weeks, then receive their final zirconia bridge three to six months later.

  1. Free consultation & 3D scan

A 90-minute visit: exam, CBCT imaging, a talk about your goals and a clear look at your options and costs.

  2. Smile design & surgical plan

We design your teeth digitally and plan each implant’s position, then print a custom surgical guide.

  3. Surgery day, same-day teeth

Under sedation, we remove failing teeth, place implants and attach a fixed temporary arch before you go home.

  4. Your final zirconia smile

Once the implants fuse with bone, our lab crafts your permanent bridge — matched to the design you approved.

All dental implant questions
What are full mouth dental implants?

Full mouth dental implants replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge that is screwed onto implants in your jawbone. Unlike a denture, the bridge doesn’t rest on your gums, doesn’t cover the roof of your mouth and isn’t taken out at night — only your dental team can remove it.

What is All-on-4®?

All-on-4® is a technique for anchoring a complete arch of teeth on four implants. The two back implants are tilted to make the most of the bone you have, which is why many patients can skip bone grafting. Some patients need five or six implants for extra support; your 3D scan tells us which is right for you.

Am I a candidate for dental implants?

Most adults who are missing several or all of their teeth are candidates — including many people who have worn dentures for years or were told they lack bone. You need to be healthy enough for a minor oral surgery, and conditions such as diabetes or a smoking habit simply need to be planned for. A consultation with a 3D scan gives you a definite answer.

Will I really leave with teeth the same day?

In most full-arch cases, yes. After the implants are placed, we attach a fixed temporary bridge before you go home. If your implants don’t reach the stability needed for immediate teeth, we’ll tell you on the day and fit an interim solution — you will never leave without teeth.

How much do full mouth dental implants cost?

The fee depends on whether you’re treating one arch or both, the number of implants, extractions or grafting, and whether your final bridge is zirconia or acrylic. After your free consultation you receive a written, all-inclusive fee, and most patients choose a monthly payment plan. See Cost & Compare for typical ranges.

Does the procedure hurt?

Surgery is done under local anesthesia with IV sedation, so you’re comfortable and most patients remember very little. Expect some swelling and soreness for three to five days, which over-the-counter medication usually controls. Most people are back to light activity within a couple of days.
