These terms of use govern your use of implantello.info (the “site”), operated by Implantello Dental Implant Centers (“Implantello,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational information, not dental advice
The content on this site — including descriptions of treatments, timelines, costs, comparisons and answers to common questions — is provided for general educational purposes. It is not dental or medical advice and is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed dentist who has evaluated you in person.
Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking care because of something you read on this site. Whether a treatment is right for you can be decided only after an in-person exam and appropriate imaging.
No dentist–patient relationship
Using the site, sending us a form, completing the candidate questionnaire or receiving a Smile Design Preview does not create a dentist–patient relationship between you and Implantello or any of our dentists. That relationship begins only after you have been examined in person at one of our centers and we have agreed to provide your care.
Questionnaires and Smile Design Previews
The candidate questionnaire is a screening tool that helps us understand your situation before we call you. Its results are not a diagnosis. A Smile Design Preview prepared from a photo is an illustration of what treatment could look like; it is not a promise of a specific result. Your final treatment plan and the appearance of your teeth depend on your exam, 3D imaging and clinical factors.
Results vary
Patient stories, testimonials and before-and-after photos on this site reflect the experiences of individual patients. They are not a guarantee or prediction that you will have the same result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your general health, bone, bite, habits and how well you follow home-care and maintenance instructions.
Prices, offers and financing
Any fees, ranges, offers or financing information on the site are general and may change without notice. Your actual fee is provided in writing after your consultation. Promotional offers are subject to the terms given to you at your consultation. Financing is provided by independent patient-financing partners and is subject to their application and approval process; Implantello does not make credit decisions. Insurance benefits depend on your individual plan.
Not for emergencies
Do not use the site’s forms to report an emergency or an urgent problem. Messages are reviewed during business hours only. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For an urgent dental problem, call your Implantello center directly.
Trademarks
All-on-4® is a registered trademark of Nobel Biocare Services AG. We use the term to describe a recognized treatment technique; its use does not imply that Nobel Biocare endorses or is affiliated with Implantello. Other product and company names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
“Implantello,” the Implantello logo and related names and marks are trademarks of Implantello Dental Implant Centers and may not be used without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos and design — are owned by or licensed to Implantello and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify or distribute site content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
Your use of the site
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- submit false information or information about another person without their permission;
- upload a photo of anyone other than yourself unless you have their consent, or upload content that is unlawful or offensive;
- send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems, or interfere with the site’s operation;
- use automated tools to collect content or data from the site.
By sending us a photo or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you allow us to use it to respond to your request, including preparing a Smile Design Preview. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other websites
The site may contain links to websites operated by others, such as map services or financing partners. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of other websites.
Disclaimer of warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Treatment warranties for dental work are separate and are provided in writing to patients.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Implantello, its dentists, team members and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. This limitation does not apply to the professional dental care you receive as a patient, which is governed by the standards and laws that apply to that care.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
