Full-arch & Teeth in a Day — Port St. Lucie & Vero Beach, FL

Walk in with failing teeth. Walk out with a fixed smile.

With our same-day protocol, implants are placed and a fixed temporary arch is attached in a single visit. A few months later you receive your permanent zirconia bridge — designed, milled and finished in our own lab.

Teeth in a Day, explained

“Teeth in a Day” means you never go without teeth. The implants are placed and loaded with a fixed temporary bridge on the same day.

It’s possible because of careful preparation. Your surgery is planned on your 3D scan weeks in advance, a custom guide positions every implant precisely, and implants designed for immediate loading reach the stability needed to hold teeth right away.

The temporary arch is strong, natural-looking and fully fixed — you’ll just keep to soft foods while the implants fuse with the bone. Then we replace it with your final bridge.

Same-day teeth for every situation

  • A single tooth. One implant and a temporary crown, placed the day the failing tooth comes out.
  • Several teeth. Two implants and a temporary bridge — no grinding of healthy neighbours.
  • A full arch. Four to six implants and a complete fixed arch — the most common same-day treatment we perform.

If an implant doesn’t reach the stability needed for immediate teeth, we’ll fit an interim option that day. You never leave without teeth.

Your surgery day, hour by hour

A typical single-arch day. Treating both arches adds a couple of hours — you’re sedated for the work either way.

The full treatment journey
  1. Morning

    Check-in & IV sedation

Your coordinator meets you, the sedation team reviews your health history and you drift into a relaxed, comfortable state.

  2. 2–3 hours

    Extractions & guided implant placement

Failing teeth are removed, infection is cleaned out and the implants are placed through a custom surgical guide made from your plan.

  3. Afternoon

    Your temporary arch is attached

Our lab team converts your pre-made temporary bridge to fit the implants exactly, and we screw it into place. You’ll see your new smile before you leave.

  4. That evening

    Home to rest

A companion drives you home with care instructions and medication. Your coordinator calls to check in that night and again the next morning.

  5. 3–6 months later

    Final zirconia bridge

Once the implants are integrated, we scan, try in and deliver your permanent bridge over two or three short visits.

Why we recommend zirconia for the final bridge

Zirconia is a ceramic used for crowns and full-arch bridges because it combines strength with a natural look.

  • Exceptionally strong

Milled from a solid block, zirconia resists chipping and cracking far better than acrylic teeth.

  • Stays bright

The glazed surface doesn’t absorb coffee, tea or wine stains — and doesn’t hold odour.

  • Looks like enamel

Layered shading and translucency give a lifelike finish instead of a flat, “denture” look.

  • Gentle on gums

A smooth, dense surface resists plaque build-up, which helps keep the tissue around implants healthy.

  • Digitally precise

Designed from your scans and Smile Design, so it fits your implants and your face exactly.

  • 5-year warranty

Covered against breakage when you keep your six-month maintenance visits.

At our Vero Beach flagship

Made by hand, in our own lab

Most offices send full-arch work out to a lab they’ve never visited. Ours is down the hall.

Our technicians design your bridge digitally, mill it from zirconia, then stain and glaze it by hand — often with you in the chair so the shade and shape can be checked in real light. Adjustments take hours, not weeks, and the people who made your teeth are there at your try-in.

  • Temporary arches prepared before surgery day
  • Shade matching with you present
  • Faster turnaround on repairs and adjustments

What you can eat, and when

Your temporary teeth are fixed from day one, but the implants need gentle treatment while they bond with bone.

First week

Smoothies, yogurt, soups, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs. Lukewarm rather than hot, and no straws for the first few days.

Weeks 2 to 12

Soft foods you can cut with a fork: fish, pasta, cooked vegetables, tender chicken. Avoid crunchy, sticky or very chewy foods.

After your final bridge

Steak, apples, corn on the cob, crusty bread — whatever you’ve been missing. Just keep up your home care and check-ups.

Our patients tell the story best

Retirees, business owners, grandparents — people from Sebastian to Stuart who decided they were done hiding their smiles.

Donna smiling in the Implantello clinic hallway

For years I cropped myself out of every family photo. Now my granddaughter tells me to stop smiling so much. I never invested in myself before — this was the best money I have ever spent.

I was losing a tooth every few months and living on soup. I came in on a Tuesday with a mouth full of problems and drove home the same evening with fixed teeth. First thing I ate the next week was a grouper sandwich.

Two other offices told me I didn’t have enough bone. Dr. Planes showed me my 3D scan, explained exactly where the implants could go, and never once rushed me. Physically, I just feel better.

I was terrified of dentists. With IV sedation I remember checking in and then waking up with teeth. The team called me that night and again the next morning to see how I was doing.

My lower denture floated around every time I talked. Four implants later it snaps in and stays put. I wish somebody had told me ten years ago this was an option.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your question? Call (772) 302-4518 — a treatment coordinator will answer it.

All dental implant questions
Is the temporary bridge really fixed?

Yes. It’s screwed onto your implants just like the final bridge — you don’t take it out. It’s made from a durable acrylic so it can be adjusted easily while you heal.

Why not get the final bridge on day one?

Your gums and bone change shape as they heal after extractions. Waiting three to six months lets everything settle, so the permanent zirconia bridge fits precisely and looks right for years.

Can I upgrade from acrylic to zirconia later?

Yes. Because the implants stay the same, an acrylic bridge can be replaced with zirconia at any point. Many patients plan it that way to spread the cost.

How long does a zirconia bridge last?

With good home care and maintenance visits, many years — typically much longer than acrylic. It carries a five-year warranty against breakage.

Will people be able to tell I have implants?

Very unlikely. Your teeth are designed for your face, shaded to look natural and finished by hand. Most patients say friends simply tell them they look well rested.
