Dental bridge
A row of crowns anchored to the healthy teeth on either side of a gap. Those anchor teeth have to be filed down, and the bone under the gap keeps shrinking.
- Fixed in place
Needs healthy neighbouring teeth
Full mouth dental implants replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth with fixed teeth that look, feel and work like your own. Most of our patients leave surgery with a complete smile the same day.

Missing teeth affect much more than your smile. Biting, chewing, speaking, laughing out loud — everyday things become something you plan around.
When most or all of your teeth are gone, your face changes too. Without roots to stimulate it, the jawbone shrinks, the lips lose support and you can start to look older than you feel. Many people also notice their diet narrowing, their energy dropping and their confidence slipping away.
Dental implants are the gold standard for replacing any number of teeth because they replace the root, not just the tooth. A full-arch restoration rebuilds health, appearance and function at once — and with the right planning, it can last for decades.

What our patients notice first is rarely the mirror — it’s the dinner table.
Fixed teeth restore most of your natural chewing force, so you can return to a full, varied diet.
Each arch is designed for your face — tooth shape, length and shade chosen to look natural, not “done.”
No more infected or broken teeth, and better nutrition from being able to eat fresh, fibrous food.
Implants stimulate the jawbone, helping preserve the structure that keeps lips and cheeks full.
Rather than patching one problem at a time, you finish with a whole, matching smile.
Zirconia bridges carry a five-year warranty, and the implants themselves can last a lifetime.
Bridges and dentures have helped people for generations, but neither replaces the root — so neither stops bone loss or gives you back full chewing power.

Teeth on an acrylic base that rests on the gums. They loosen as the jaw changes, slip when you talk or eat, and can cause sore spots and gagging.

A custom bridge fixed to implants in the jawbone. It doesn’t move, doesn’t cover the palate and keeps stimulating bone like natural roots.
Never comes out at night
Most adults are — including many who were told “no” elsewhere. Take the one-minute check or book a free 3D consultation.
There’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Some patients are ready for surgery right away; others need a few preliminary treatments first. Either way, you’ll always know what comes next.

We start by listening: what bothers you, what you want to be able to eat, how you want to look. Then a full exam and a 3D CBCT scan show us exactly how much bone you have and where the nerves and sinuses sit.
You’ll be comfortable under IV sedation, and most patients remember very little. Extractions and any needed bone grafting happen in the same visit.
While you enjoy your temporary teeth, the implants fuse with the bone (osseointegration). Then our in-house lab crafts your permanent bridge — typically in zirconia — matched to the design you approved.
Retirees, business owners, grandparents — people from Sebastian to Stuart who decided they were done hiding their smiles.

For years I cropped myself out of every family photo. Now my granddaughter tells me to stop smiling so much. I never invested in myself before — this was the best money I have ever spent.

I was losing a tooth every few months and living on soup. I came in on a Tuesday with a mouth full of problems and drove home the same evening with fixed teeth. First thing I ate the next week was a grouper sandwich.

Two other offices told me I didn’t have enough bone. Dr. Planes showed me my 3D scan, explained exactly where the implants could go, and never once rushed me. Physically, I just feel better.

I was terrified of dentists. With IV sedation I remember checking in and then waking up with teeth. The team called me that night and again the next morning to see how I was doing.

My lower denture floated around every time I talked. Four implants later it snaps in and stays put. I wish somebody had told me ten years ago this was an option.

Seeing my Smile Design Preview before anything was done made the decision easy. The final teeth look exactly like the preview — natural, not that fake bright white.
Full-arch treatment is surgery and craftsmanship in one. Choose a team that does it every day.
Many general dental offices place an occasional implant, but complex cases — severe bone loss, failing teeth in both arches, years of denture wear — call for specialized training, 3D planning and a lab that knows the work. That is all we do.
First opinions and second opinions are equally welcome. We regularly see patients with significant dental anxiety and patients who were told elsewhere that implants weren’t possible.
About Dr. Planes and the teamYour fee is written down before you commit, and it includes everything from surgery to your final bridge.
Implants cost more than dentures up front, but they don’t need to be relined, re-glued or replaced every few years — and the gains in health, comfort and confidence are hard to put a price on.
We file with your insurance for any covered portion and help you apply for a monthly payment plan that fits your budget.
Financing optionsThe most common regrets we hear come from choosing on price alone. Whoever you see, ask these before you sign.

All dental implant questionsYou’ll meet a treatment coordinator and the clinical team, have a 3D CBCT scan and an exam, and talk through what you want to be able to do — eat, smile, stop worrying about a denture. Before you leave you’ll see your options, a timeline and a written fee. Plan on about 90 minutes.
If you need separate bone grafting first, add a few months of healing.
You’ll check in, meet your sedation team and relax while we work. Using a custom surgical guide, we remove failing teeth, clean the sites, place the implants and attach your temporary arch. Most full-arch surgeries take two to four hours per arch. A companion drives you home, and we call you that evening.
Plan to rest for two or three days. Swelling peaks around day two and fades within a week. You’ll follow a soft-food diet for the first eight to twelve weeks so the implants can integrate — no chewing hard or crunchy food on the temporary teeth.
In most full-arch cases, yes. After the implants are placed, we attach a fixed temporary bridge before you go home. If your implants don’t reach the stability needed for immediate teeth, we’ll tell you on the day and fit an interim solution — you will never leave without teeth.
Surgery is done under local anesthesia with IV sedation, so you’re comfortable and most patients remember very little. Expect some swelling and soreness for three to five days, which over-the-counter medication usually controls. Most people are back to light activity within a couple of days.
Six quick questions, about a minute. A treatment coordinator will follow up with pricing and financing options that fit your situation — no obligation.
