What dental implants cost, and what’s included
A clear look at typical fees, what an all-inclusive full-arch fee covers, and how implants compare with dentures over the long run. Your exact fee is written down after your free 3D consultation.
Your health is worth the investment
Implants are an investment in how you eat, look and feel every day. We don’t think cost should be the thing that keeps you from them.
That’s why the consultation, 3D scan and Smile Design Preview are free, why your fee is written and all-inclusive before you commit, and why we offer monthly payment plans for most budgets. Ask us about warranties and financing at any point — there’s no such thing as a pushy question here.

Comparing costs over ten years

Ways to pay
Most patients combine two or more of these.
- Cash or check
- Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
- HSA & FSA cards
- Dental insurance
- Monthly patient financing
- Phased treatment plans
We file insurance claims for you. Dental plans usually cover only a small part of implant treatment, but every bit helps, and some medical plans contribute when tooth loss is linked to a medical condition.
A note on “cheap implant” offers
Very low advertised prices usually cover a single part of treatment — an implant post without the teeth, or a plan without extractions, grafting or sedation. Before comparing quotes, ask whether each one includes the final bridge, what it’s made of and what warranty comes with it.

All dental implant questionsWhy don’t you list one fixed price?
Two patients who both need “a full arch” can need very different things — extractions, grafting, five implants instead of four, zirconia instead of acrylic. Quoting without a 3D scan would mean guessing, and guesses tend to go up later. After your scan, the fee you receive is the fee you pay.
Does insurance cover dental implants?
Usually only partly. Many dental plans have an annual maximum of $1,000–$2,000 that can be applied to parts of treatment. We verify your benefits and file claims for you.
Is it cheaper to do one arch at a time?
It spreads the cost, and many patients start with the arch causing the most trouble. Treating both arches together is usually more efficient overall, since sedation, planning and visits are shared.
Can I start with acrylic and upgrade to zirconia later?
Yes. The implants stay the same, so you can replace an acrylic bridge with zirconia at any time — a common way to manage the investment.
Are there hidden costs after surgery?
No. Your written fee covers everything in your plan through delivery of the final bridge. After that, the only ongoing cost is your six-month maintenance visit.
