Days 1–3
Rest at home. Swelling peaks around day two; ice packs and the medication we prescribe keep you comfortable. Stick to cool, smooth foods.
No jargon and no surprises. Here’s exactly what happens from your first phone call to the day you bite into something crunchy with your new teeth.

Dental implants are a lifelong investment, so the first visit matters. It’s where we learn what you want — and where you get every answer you need to decide.
Your consultation is free, takes about 90 minutes and includes a 3D CBCT scan and a Smile Design Preview. You’ll leave with your options, a timeline and a written fee — with no pressure to commit on the day.

Nine steps, one team. Your treatment coordinator is your single point of contact the whole way through.

You’ll be welcomed by the person who will guide you through treatment — scheduling, paperwork, financing and check-ins. You’re not a case number here; we treat patients the way we’d want our own family treated.
How are your teeth affecting your life? What do you want to eat, how do you want to look, what worries you? The more specific you are, the better we can tailor the look, materials and plan. There’s no “stock smile” — every arch is custom.
A painless intraoral scan and a CBCT scan capture your teeth, gums and bone in 3D. We design your new teeth digitally — colour, shape, size — and plan each implant virtually so a custom surgical guide can be made.
Based on your goals and diagnostics, we present the options that genuinely fit — usually more than one — with honest pros and cons. You choose based on health, function and budget.
You receive a written, all-inclusive fee. If a monthly plan helps, your coordinator helps you apply with our patient-financing partners — it takes minutes, and many patients have an answer the same day.
Under IV sedation we remove any failing teeth, place the implants through your surgical guide and attach a fixed temporary arch. Your coordinator calls the day before to go over instructions and follows up that evening.
We see you within a week to check healing and adjust your bite. Swelling and soreness fade over the first several days.
Once the implants have fused with bone, we take final scans, let you try in the design and deliver your permanent bridge, typically in zirconia.
Every six months we check your implants and gums and professionally clean around and under your bridge. It keeps everything healthy — and your warranty active.
Anxiety about dental work is one of the most common reasons people put off treatment. We plan around it.
Administered and monitored by our sedation team. Most patients remember very little of the procedure.
Your heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen are watched continuously from start to finish.
Your coordinator is with you at check-in and checks on you after — no hand-offs to strangers.
Surgery days are scheduled with buffer time, so nothing about your visit feels hurried.
Everyone heals a little differently, but most patients describe it as easier than they expected.
Rest at home. Swelling peaks around day two; ice packs and the medication we prescribe keep you comfortable. Stick to cool, smooth foods.
Most people are back to light activity and work within a few days. Swelling and bruising fade, and soft foods become easy.
You’ll feel normal, with fixed teeth. Keep to a soft-food diet while the implants integrate, then enjoy your final bridge.
A little preparation helps us give you a complete answer on the first visit.

All dental implant questionsYou’ll meet a treatment coordinator and the clinical team, have a 3D CBCT scan and an exam, and talk through what you want to be able to do — eat, smile, stop worrying about a denture. Before you leave you’ll see your options, a timeline and a written fee. Plan on about 90 minutes.
If you need separate bone grafting first, add a few months of healing.
You’ll check in, meet your sedation team and relax while we work. Using a custom surgical guide, we remove failing teeth, clean the sites, place the implants and attach your temporary arch. Most full-arch surgeries take two to four hours per arch. A companion drives you home, and we call you that evening.
Plan to rest for two or three days. Swelling peaks around day two and fades within a week. You’ll follow a soft-food diet for the first eight to twelve weeks so the implants can integrate — no chewing hard or crunchy food on the temporary teeth.
Brush twice a day with a soft brush and use a water flosser once a day to clean under the bridge. We’ll show you exactly how at your final appointment and give you a care kit.
Yes. Implant teeth can’t get cavities, but the gums around them can become inflamed (peri-implantitis) if plaque builds up. A professional maintenance visit every six months — when we remove and clean the bridge as needed — keeps everything healthy and keeps your warranty active.
Zirconia full-arch bridges carry a five-year warranty and acrylic bridges a three-year warranty against breakage, provided you keep up with your six-month maintenance visits. Ask your coordinator for the written terms.
Six quick questions, about a minute. A treatment coordinator will follow up with pricing and financing options that fit your situation — no obligation.
