Refer full-arch and complex implant cases with confidence
Implantello works alongside general dentists and specialists across the Treasure Coast. We handle the implant surgery and the full-arch prosthesis — and your patient comes back to you for everything else.

A full-arch partner for your practice
Full-arch cases ask a lot of a practice: 3D planning, a surgical suite with IV sedation, a team used to long procedures and a lab that works hand in hand with the surgeon.
Many general practices would rather focus on the dentistry they do every day and send these cases to a team that does full-arch work every day. That’s the role we aim to fill. We treat what you refer us for, keep you informed throughout, and send your patient back to you when their final teeth are in place.
Implantello is led by Dr. Alex Planes, who holds a Mastership from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Florida conscious-sedation permit. Our three centers in Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie make it easy to find one close to your patients.

Why refer to Implantello
Clear communication and a clean hand-back matter as much as the clinical work. Here is what you and your patient can expect.
-
Surgery and prosthesis in one place
We plan the case, place the implants, deliver same-day temporary teeth and fabricate the final full-arch bridge in our in-house lab — one team accountable for the result.
-
Your patient stays your patient
Once the final bridge is delivered and stable, the patient returns to you for hygiene, exams and general dentistry. We don’t take over their routine care.
-
Shared imaging and reports
You receive the CBCT data (DICOM), our treatment plan, a surgical report and the final prosthesis details for your records.
-
Fast scheduling
We contact referred patients promptly and aim to see them for a consultation within a week, at whichever of our three centers is closest.
-
Updates at each stage
You hear from us after the consultation, after surgery and when the final bridge is delivered — plus any time something changes.
-
IV sedation on site
Anxious patients, long procedures and medically complex cases can be treated comfortably under IV sedation at every center.
How referral works
Five steps, with your office kept in the loop the whole way through.
Not sure whether a patient is a good candidate? Call us before you refer. We’re happy to look at existing imaging and talk the case through with you.
Send the referral
Use the form below, call our team or email us. Let us know what you’ve seen and what imaging you already have.
We consult within a week
We reach out to your patient and see them for a free consultation with a 3D CBCT scan, exam and Smile Design Preview.
The plan is shared with you
You receive our findings, the proposed treatment and the imaging before anything is scheduled. Your input is welcome.
Surgery and prosthetics
We place the implants and fixed temporary teeth, then deliver the final bridge after three to six months of healing — updating you at each stage.
Your patient returns to your care
We send a final report with prosthesis details and maintenance recommendations, and your patient resumes regular visits with you.
Cases we accept
We see a wide range of full-arch and complex implant patients. If you’re unsure, refer anyway — we’ll tell you honestly if a case is better managed another way.
- Full-arch and edentulous patients — including long-term denture wearers with significant bone loss
- Failing dentition — advanced periodontal disease, multiple failing restorations or teeth that can’t be predictably saved
- Failed or failing implants — evaluation, removal and replacement where needed
- All-on-4® conversions — converting an existing denture or overdenture to a fixed full-arch bridge
- Patients who need IV sedation — dental anxiety, strong gag reflex or lengthy procedures
- Complex bone cases — patients who need grafting or alternative implant positioning

Questions from referring offices
Something else on your mind? Email [email protected] or call (772) 302-4518.
Will my patient come back to my practice?
Yes. We treat the implant case you refer and, once the final bridge is delivered and stable, the patient returns to you for hygiene, exams and general dentistry. We’ll send you a report with the prosthesis details and our maintenance recommendations.
What imaging and records should we send?
Whatever you have is helpful: recent panoramic or periapical radiographs, a CBCT in DICOM format if available, periodontal charting and relevant medical history. We take our own 3D CBCT at the consultation, so your patient doesn’t need new imaging before the visit. We’ll arrange a secure way to transfer records with your office.
Can you take over a case where implants are already failing?
Yes. We regularly evaluate failed and failing implants, including cases placed elsewhere, and can plan removal, grafting and replacement or a conversion to a fixed full-arch bridge where appropriate.
Is there a cost to the patient for the consultation?
No. The consultation, including a 3D CBCT scan, exam and Smile Design Preview, is free. Patients receive a written, all-inclusive treatment fee and information about monthly financing before they decide.
How will you keep us updated?
We send updates after the consultation, after surgery and when the final prosthesis is delivered. If anything changes along the way — a modified plan, a delay in healing — we’ll let you know.
Have a case you’d like to talk through?
Call our team to discuss a patient before you refer, or send us a note and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
