A new smile on a monthly plan
Most of our patients spread the cost of treatment into predictable monthly payments. Your coordinator explains the options, helps you apply in minutes and makes sure the numbers are clear before anything is scheduled.

Implants are an investment. Paying for them shouldn’t be a puzzle.
Insurance rarely covers more than a small part of implant treatment. That doesn’t put it out of reach.
We start with a written, all-inclusive fee, so you know the total. Then we look at what you’d like to pay up front, what insurance or HSA funds can contribute and what monthly amount feels comfortable. For many patients, the payment ends up comparable to a car payment — for something they use at every meal.

Ways to pay for treatment
Mix and match. Most patients combine a down payment, insurance or HSA funds and a monthly plan for the balance.
Cash, check or card
We accept checks and all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Healthcare credit lines
Dedicated patient credit cards, some with promotional no-interest periods for qualified applicants who pay within the term.
Extended-term patient loans
Fixed monthly payments over longer terms, with programs designed for a wide range of credit profiles.
Co-signer applications
A spouse or family member with stronger credit can apply with you to improve approval and terms.
HSA & FSA
Dental implants are a qualified medical expense. Use your health savings or flexible spending card.
Dental insurance
We verify your benefits and file claims for you, applying whatever your plan covers to your fee.

Think of it as cost per meal
Spread over the years you’ll use them, fixed implant teeth cost less per day than most people expect.
Dentures carry ongoing costs too: adhesives, relines every few years as the jaw shrinks and a replacement every five to seven years. Implants avoid most of that, protect your jawbone and give you back the foods — and the social life — you’ve been missing.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your question? Call (772) 302-4518 — a treatment coordinator will answer it.
What credit score do I need to finance implants?
There’s no single cutoff. Our financing partners offer programs for a wide range of credit profiles, and a co-signer can help. Prequalification options let you see where you stand without affecting your score.
Can I finance just part of the treatment?
Yes. Many patients pay a portion up front or with HSA funds and finance the balance. You can also treat one arch first and the second later.
Are there penalties for paying off early?
Terms depend on the program you choose. Your coordinator will point out prepayment terms before you sign anything.
Can I use insurance and financing together?
Yes. We file your insurance claim and apply the covered amount to your fee; financing covers what remains.
Do you offer in-house payment plans?
For some treatment plans we can phase the work and payments over several stages. Ask your coordinator whether a phased plan suits your case.
