For years I cropped myself out of every family photo. Now my granddaughter tells me to stop smiling so much. I never invested in myself before — this was the best money I have ever spent.
Implantello exists for one reason: to give people with failing teeth or worn-out dentures a permanent, natural-looking smile — planned carefully, explained honestly and delivered by one team you get to know.

Replacing a whole arch of teeth is not a routine filling or crown. It takes surgical skill, careful digital planning and a lab that knows how to make teeth look like they belong to you.
Dr. Alex Planes saw too many patients bounced between offices — a surgeon here, a dentist there, a lab nobody ever met — with no one owning the result. So he built Implantello around a single idea: one team, under one roof, responsible for your care from the first scan to the final bridge.
We focus on full-arch treatment every day. That focus shows in the details: the time we spend on your 3D plan, the way our surgical and lab teams talk to each other, and the written, all-inclusive fee you receive before you commit to anything. No surprise charges after surgery, no pressure to decide on the spot.
And while the technology matters, what our patients remember is how they were treated. We learn your name, your worries and what you want to be able to do again. You’ll be treated like family — the kind you look forward to seeing.

What sets us apart isn’t one piece of equipment or one technique. It’s having every part of full-arch treatment in the same hands.
Vero Beach, Tradition and Port St. Lucie — each open Mon–Thu 8 am–5 pm · Fri 8 am–2 pm. Your records are shared, so you can be seen wherever is easiest.
Led by Dr. Planes, our clinical team concentrates on full-mouth and All-on-4® treatment, including the complex cases other offices often refer out.
On-site 3D CBCT, intraoral scanning, Digital Smile Design and guided surgery — plus an in-house lab at our Vero Beach flagship where your bridge is made.
Monthly plans through patient-financing partners with options for most credit profiles. Co-signers are welcome and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Implant & aesthetic dentistry · Florida conscious-sedation permit
Dr. Planes grew up in South Florida, and he has spent his career on one of the hardest things to get right in dentistry: replacing an entire smile so it looks natural and lasts.
His training didn’t stop at dental school. He completed two more years of advanced education at Columbia University, then trained in sedation at Augusta University. He holds a Florida conscious-sedation permit, which means anxious patients can have their treatment comfortably in our own centers.
Today nearly all of his work is implant and aesthetic dentistry. He holds a Mastership from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists — an advanced credential in implant dentistry — and is a member of several professional academies that keep him current with research and technique.
What patients mention first, though, is how he explains things. He will sit with you in front of your 3D scan, show you where your bone is strong and where it isn’t, and tell you plainly what he would recommend for his own family. He reviews every scan himself and leads every full-arch surgery.
Full-arch treatment takes more than a surgeon. These are the people you’ll meet at Implantello — and the ones you’ll come to know by name.
Your main point of contact. They walk you through your plan and fee, check your insurance benefits, explain financing and answer the questions you think of at 9 pm.
They schedule your visits around your life, send reminders and instructions, and help with the practical details — like making sure your companion knows when to pick you up.
Trained in IV sedation and monitoring, they review your health history, stay with you throughout surgery and make sure you wake up comfortable.
They prepare the suite, work alongside Dr. Planes during every procedure and go over your recovery instructions before you head home.
Working in our Vero Beach lab, they design, mill and finish your temporary and final teeth — matching the shape and shade you approved in your Smile Design Preview.
They teach you how to care for your new teeth and see you every six months to clean around your implants, keep your gums healthy and keep your warranty active.
A big decision deserves straight answers. These are the commitments we make before you ever sit in the treatment chair.
If something about your plan or your experience falls short of them, tell your treatment coordinator or ask to speak with Dr. Planes directly.

Retirees, business owners, grandparents — people from Sebastian to Stuart who decided they were done hiding their smiles.

For years I cropped myself out of every family photo. Now my granddaughter tells me to stop smiling so much. I never invested in myself before — this was the best money I have ever spent.

I was losing a tooth every few months and living on soup. I came in on a Tuesday with a mouth full of problems and drove home the same evening with fixed teeth. First thing I ate the next week was a grouper sandwich.

Two other offices told me I didn’t have enough bone. Dr. Planes showed me my 3D scan, explained exactly where the implants could go, and never once rushed me. Physically, I just feel better.

I was terrified of dentists. With IV sedation I remember checking in and then waking up with teeth. The team called me that night and again the next morning to see how I was doing.

My lower denture floated around every time I talked. Four implants later it snaps in and stays put. I wish somebody had told me ten years ago this was an option.

Seeing my Smile Design Preview before anything was done made the decision easy. The final teeth look exactly like the preview — natural, not that fake bright white.
Six quick questions, about a minute. A treatment coordinator will follow up with pricing and financing options that fit your situation — no obligation.
